Fantastic Fire and Feast
On 27th February 9 chef supporters united to create the ultimate Eastern feast raising over £16,000

On Monday 27th February, Action Against Hunger’s long term and passionate supporter, Sabrina Ghayour hosted the ‘Fire and Feast Collaboration Dinner’ at Yosma, a Turkish Meyhane, Mangal and Raki bar. Sabrina has been an incredible ambassador and active advocate of Action Against Hunger since 2004, and over that time has raised well over £100,000.
The evening united 9 of the UK’s best chefs to create the ultimate Eastern feast, with dishes ranging from squid-ink flatbread to Duck Köfte, and finishing with a delicious Kűnefe (sweet cheese pastry) created by the events’ co-host and executive chef at Yosma, Hus Vedat.

Dan Doherty and Nieves Barragan Mohacho flew to Nepal three days after the dinner for our Nepal Trek joining 13 other chefs and food industry ambassadors in a bid to raise £100,000.
