5 Star Burgers at Taste of London
We will be serving up our finest 5 Star Burgers at this year's Taste of London in collaboration with 5 top chefs to raise funds. Join us at Taste from 15th-19th June!

We are excited to announce the launch of our ‘5 Star Burger Restaurant’ at this year’s Taste of London in collaboration with some of London’s top chefs: Raymond Blanc (OBE), Jason Atherton, Nieves Barragán Mohacho, Shaun Searley and Gizzi Erskine.
For five days only, our incredible 5 Star Chefs will be serving up their exclusive burgers created especially for Taste to help raise funds towards out work. They include:
- Raymond Blanc’s beef burger with celeriac remoulade, garlic aioli and Comté cheese
- Shaun Searley’s buttermilk fried chicken burger, smoked bacon mayonnaise, beef tomato, crispy chicken skin
- Nieves Barragán Mohacho’s ‘Barrafina beef burger’ created in collaboration with MEATliquor, with crispy Morcilla, San Simon cheese & Mojo Picon sauce
- Gizzi Erskine’s buffalo cauliflower cheese veggie burger with blue cheese sauce and pickled celery
- Jason Atherton’s ‘ultimate lamb burger’ with confit lamb shoulder, crispy aubergine, spicy ketchup and Fleur de Maquis cheese
The 5 Star Burgers will be available from the 15th – 19th June at Taste of London in Regent’s Park for £5 each, with proceeds supporting our work to provide children and their families around the world with clean drinking water and good nutrition. For £10, Taste ticket holders can feast on the 5 Star Burger Restaurant ‘ICON dish’ which includes any one of the 5 Star Burgers, sweet potato fries with Nieves Barragán Mohacho’s alioli and Padrón peppers with Maldon Sea Salt.
Michelin-starred chef and restaurateur Jason Atherton said: “I am delighted to be involved with Action Against Hunger’s 5 Star Burger restaurant at Taste of London. This year marks ten years of partnership between Action Against Hunger and Taste of London, ‘the World’s Greatest Restaurant Festival.’ From our popular 5 Star Hotdogs, to our elegant 5 Star Oyster and Prosecco Bar and last summer’s 5 Star Kebabs, we have been working with Taste for the last decade to unite top chefs, restaurants, critics and food lovers in raising funds and awareness to help end child hunger.
